New York Fashion Week is back and has, to an extent, returned to its pre-pandemic glory. This means that the streets of New York once again came alive with the the bustling sounds of people as they made the big apple streets their runway. What happens on the runway is only half of what makes New York Fashion Week so major. The other half is everything going on outside the shows, namely the sport of people watching and putting on their own show. NYFW 2021 street style
The first day of the Spring/Summer 2022 season got off to a strong fashionable start. It was indeed filled with all the trends building up that we’d hope to see from stylists, to editors, models, buyers and influencers as they played catch up in-between shows after almost a two-year hiatus.
As is American culture to always plan out the very best ensemble for the first day back in the school year to impress classmates, that’s exactly what attendees did this season — the New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2022 street style pulled out all the stops, and more. It doesn’t get much bolder and more daring than some of the looks that graced the New York streets this week.
There has been everything from leather dresses to mini skirts, calf-high boots to bodysuits, most of which proving that skin is most definitely in right now. And even better, we also witnessed a diverse range of guests showing off their best looks, thus, making this season already feel more inclusive than years past. NYFW 2021 street style
